Travellers lived on the area known as the black Patch off Foundry Lane.

A very old radial drill, used for 50 years at the old Soho Foundry by one workman. It was still in place in 1941, but no longer used.

The workshops of E.G. Wrigley, Soho Works, Handsworth, c.1923 E.G. Wrigley and Co. Ltd made axles and components. They went into liquidation in 1924 and were bought by Morris Commercial Cars Ltd.
