Description:This pub stood on the corner of Great Colmore Street and Cregoe Street. In the distance can be seen Bradshaw's Stores and St Thomas's Church. Local resident Fred Mead remembers that the owner of the shop next door in this picture saved his son from choking on a boiled sweet.
