Description:Odell was the Labour party candidate for the 1918 General Election. All of the candidates specifically tried to appeal to female voters; in this poster Odell asks them to attend a meeting at Canterbury Road Schools. Whether many turned up is unknown but Odell failed to win the seat which was retained by Ernest Claude Meysey-Thompson.
