Description:Wonderful picture of Lempriere with one of his lady parachutists - possibly Kitty King, who appeared with him on a number of occassions.

Lempriere's aeronautical displays with balloons and parachutes attracted large crowds. He and his family lived and worked in Handsworth for most of their lives.
