Description:This grade II listed building is believed to have been a clergy house and a school for the Guild of St. John the Baptist of Deritend. Dating back to the 1600's, this half timbered building was relocated in the park in 1911, as a result of a road widening scheme, it is a memorial to Old Birmingham after being saved from demolition. This picture was taken at an event in 1990.
