Description:The windmill in Cannon Hill Park was built in the 1950s as part of the co-operation with the Dutch over the regular Tulip Festival. The Tulip Festival was held every spring throughout the 1960s and disappeared to be replaced with other events. The windmill survived until the 1990s.
