Description:James Watt's attic workshop at his Heathfield home was preserved after his death in 1819. This exhibition focuses on the album of photographs collated by Thomas Edgar Pemberton who lived there for a time. Pemberton wrote a biography of James Watt and was the first person to make an examination of the attic and its contents after Watt's death.
