Description:Drawing of Northfield Library, from the Birmingham Weekly Mercury.

Northfield Library was erected in 1906, but was burnt by suffragettes on the 12th February 1914.

A parcel wad found on the railings at the back of the library containing a book by Christobel Pankhurst and inscribed "For the new library", which was re-opened in October 1914.
