Date:1950

Description:An impressive photograph of the remains on the church. Taken in 1950 after the area had been cleared, the Peace Garden is still many years away yet. This area was heavily bombed during WWII and the Church was the most notable building to be hit. In the background of the photograph can be seen the Bryant development for Davenport's Brewery.
