Description:A newspaper cutting from the "Handsworth Herald", 25th August 1900.
This cutting deals with the fining of several "scorchers", (people who rode bicycles in a reckless way). Foster Catchpole of Francis Road , Handsworth
was fined 10s for riding his bicycle at speeds of fourteen or fifteen miles an hour in Newtown Row.
