Description:The old fire station on the Moseley Road remains one of the finest buildings in Balsall Heath. During the blitz in the Second World War the station worked overtime in tandem with the auxiliary fire stations to cope with the fires caused by the incendiary bombs. The building is no longer a fire station and is now a drama school. It does though retain many of the fire station features.
