Description:A funeral procession of Ambler's carriages. The firm was established in Longmore Street in the 1890s and moved to King's Heath in 1967.

At Ambler's on Longmore Street, the coaches occupied the ground floor and the stables were on the first floor so the horses "went upstairs to bed" on a ramp spread with peat to prevent them falling.
