Description:Postcard view of Five Ways, Edgbaston, around the end of the 19th century. The view is looking westwards towards Calthorpe Road, from Broad Street. In the background, behind the statue of Joseph Sturge and a small crowd, is a Georgian house dating from around 1800 in the angle between Calthorpe Road and Harborne Road.
