Description:One of the staple ingredients in Indian cooking is the onion. Every day they are delivered by sackloads on trucks to the restaurants and greengrocers in Balsall Heath. These sacks were being unloaded at a greengrocers on Ladypool Road. Picture taken by pupils from Anderton Park Primary School as part of a project looking at how Ladypool Road has changed over the last 100 years.
