Date:7th of March 1960

Description:A view of Cregoe Street, Lee Bank, looking south towards Bell Barn Road. Its days were certainly numbered when this photograph was taken on 7 March 1960, but cars and curtains imply that the houses were still occupied. Cregoe Street takes its name from Frind Cregoe, to whom in 1837 Caroline Colmore bequeathed the last part of the Colmore estate to remain in the hands of the family.
