Description:David Cameron stayed for two days with Abdullah, a neighborhood warden. He spent the time in Balsall Heath learning about local initiatives and issues. Cameron visited many local shops and also St Paul's Trust and Balsall Heath Forum. At the time he was leader of the Conservative party but has since gone on to be Prime Minister.In the photograph he is answering questions from local residents in a shop.
