Date:22nd of June 1918

Description:Sunday Mercury article about Birmingham men being held prisoner by the Germans during the First World War. The men pictured are all in the Royal Warwickshire Regiment. The original image was sent by Private Thomas Holran of Aston to his parents. Holran is standing second from the right. Also named is Private Harold Harvey (on the extreme right) of Ruston Street in Ladywood.
