Wilcox climbs up to help Burrows

Description:Next up the ladder to help was Charles Wilcox who managed to get onto the ledge and kneel on an eighteen inch flat square of masonry at the end of the arch. Leaning across he was able to support Burrows and prevent him from falling. The obvious danger was that if Burrows panicked and moved around both men would fall to the ground. Incredibly Wilcox endured the precarious conditions and fought off cramp....
