Description:Hickmans was on the corner of Nelson Street and King Edward's Road. This view of the shop and staff was taken just before the outbreak of the First World War. The staff here include George Rafferty, May Woodward (nee Hickman)and May Hickman. The man standing to the middle front in the cloth cap is Charlie Wheeler.
