Description:The Spring Vale shops and this hall were located on Lee Bank Middleway at the junction with Bristol Street. All of this area is part of the redevelopment plan for Lee Bank. Looming behind the hall is Haddon Tower which is the last of the nineteen sixties blocks awaiting demolition in the area.
