Description:A regular treat at Christmas in Birmingham was the visit of the circus. The most fondly remembered two would be Chipperfields and Billy Smarts. This programme is for Billy Smart's stint at Birmingham Bingley Hall which used to stand on Broad Street and was for many many years used for all manner of exhibitions and public events.
