Description:Crest Nicholson are currently redeveloping the Lee Bank area. Once an area is scheduled for clearance, fences are put up and then someone has to go around and paint them blue! Not sure why the fences are blue other than perhaps to make them more visible. It seemed a good idea to capture this for posterity as the blue fences have become a feature of the area while the regeneration is going on. This particular fence is just off Cregoe Street.
