Description:...regularly and punctually make such returns as may from time to time be required.

4. The said Managers agree to pay the said Teacher a salary of one hundred and thirty pounds per annum payable by monthly instalments, each instalment being paid upon the first day of the month immediately following the month in respect of which the payment is made

5. This engagement shall be terminable by a written notice of three calendar months on either side (but so that the paid teacher shall not be entitled to give such notice shall not be given until he has been in the service of the Managers for Twelve calendar months) or in lieu of such notice by the payment of a sum equal to one fourth of the total salary paid to such teacher during the twelve months next preceding the date of such notice.

The Managers and Head Teacher mutually agree in accordance with and 71* Code 1903 that the teacher shall not be required to perform or abstain from performing any duties outside the ordinary school hours, or unconnected with the ordinary work of the school.
