Description:...regularly and punctually make such returns as may from time to time be required. 4. The said Managers agree to pay the said Teacher a salary of one hundred and thirty pounds per annum payable by monthly instalments, each instalment being paid upon the first day of the month immediately following the month in respect of which the payment is made 5.
