Description:Houses in Bell Barn Road, Lee Bank, photographed on 7 March 1965. Lee Bank was one of five Comprehensive Redevelopment Areas set up after World War II, involving the demolition of large areas of Victorian housing. Bell Barn Road, with its skimpy evidence of car ownership, would not have lasted long after this photograph was taken.
