Description:An aerial view showing the changes in progress during the urban renewal leading to the creation of the Lee Bank estate. Avon House of the Y Blocks on Great Colmore Street is visible to the top of the photograph. Clearance for the new park area is nearly complete but the lower half of Cregoe Street is still present.
