Description:From the programme for the opening of the Hall Of Memory. The top photograph is of Edward, Prince Of Wales (later Edward V111) who laid the foundation stone in 1923. The lower photograph is of Prince Arthur of Connaught He was the third son of Queen Victoria, and was the first member of the Royal Family to become Governor General of Canada.
