Description:Mrs E.M. Baker's hardware and fancy goods shop was at 121 Great Colmore Street. According to directories she was only trading here for a few years in the early 1960s. Previously at this address was an ironmonger named Alfred Jackson, so maybe Mrs Baker took over the business. The shop was on the north side of Great Colmore Street, not far from the Irving Street junction.
