Description:At the junction of Hyde Road and Clark Street.

"When I was at school Mr Pitty was the landlord. On the Clark Street side you used to have to go down some steps as it was on a hill. Next to the Hyde Arms was a newsagents owned by a Mrs Powell". (Mr R. Gurley)
