Description:The Freeth Arms, an Atkinson's pub, was at 314 Icknield Port Road, Ladywood, on the corner of Freeth Street. This view must date from the 1960s, when the licensee was Mrs Annie Houghton. The pub was not to last much longer, though, for it closed in 1967 and wholsesale redevelopment of the area followed.
