Date:29th of January 1974

Description:Located just off Cregoe Street, this is how the one side of the shopping centre looked in 1974. The lady on the right has been identified as local resident Gladys Nend. Her sister still lives in the area today. This shopping centre is at time of writing (2004) awaiting demolition as part of the redevelopment of the area.
