Date:1867

Description:Located just past Speedwell Road going out of the City Centre along the Pershore Road. It was owned and built by an architect named Cranston. This house is typical in size and status of so many houses which would have lined the route into the city centre in the nineteenth century. Calthorpe Park now occupies this site.
