Description:St Catherine of Siena. This Roman Catholic Church was "opened" in 1964 and replaced the old Victorian St Catherine's which stood further up towards Holloway Circus. A celebrated priest at the church was Father Maguire who oversaw the planning and building of this "new" St Catherines as well as being chairman of the Kennedy Memorial Committee which raised the funds for the memorial in St Chad's Ringway.
