Description:"Born 1911, Bynloss, Jamaica. Kapo performed his first spiritual healing age 12, he converted to the Christian Revivalist faith at 16 years old, andcontinued to preach and conduct services of Zionist Revivalist. Ordained as patriach Bishop of St Michael's Revival Aposolistic Tebernacle of Kingston 1976.Artistic career began in 1930, lost both legs in 1980's but continued to sculpt and paint. Awarded a gold medal by Haile Selassie in 1966. In 1986 Kapo visited Birmingham as part of Caribbean Focus, he died in 1989." Pogus Caesar, February 2003.
