Allen Edward Everitt (1824-1882) was a watercolourist and antiquarian. He spent most of his life in Edgbaston and produced many paintings and sketches of the Birmingham area, many of them detailed studies of buildings. Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery holds a large collection of his work. Examples available on this site include views of St Mary's Church, Perry Hall, the Old Town Hall and Soho Pool.
