Description:By Elizabeth Jane Hasluck. Elizabeth was the wife of Daniel Sidney Hasluck and they lived at the Austins. Elizabeth presented a bound volume of her watercolours to her son Ernest for Christmas in 1885. Her works are now held by the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. The Hasluck's home stood on 22 acres between Island Road, Sandwell Road, Oxhill Road and Sandwell Road and was eventually demolished in 1930. The site now is Sandwell Recreation Ground.
