Description:The sale was to include "Substantial Brick Buildings, twenty-four brick-built cottages, the whole of the valuable fixed engineers' and boilermakers' tools and fixed plant, machinery and fixtures including a complete pneumatic coining plant and mint."

It was auctioned by Messrs Fuller, Horsey, Sons & Cassell on the premises on Tuesday 21st May 1895.
