Description:A newspaper cutting from the "Handsworth Herald", 5th January 1895. This gives details of a case heard at the Staffordshire Sessions in which Ernest Hems,aged 14, was accused of stealing a pair of boots from Frederick Spittle, a boot dealer in Hunters Road.
