Description:A newspaper cutting from the "Handsworth Herald", 29th January 1887. A short article which gives details of a case heard at West Bromwich Police Court in which two labourers, John Crockett and Walter Law, both living in Booth Street were accused of stealing three fowl from a grocer, Henry Gardner,of 39 Watt Street. They were both found guilty and sent to gaol for one month.
