Description:The former home of the Hasluck family stood on the site of what is now The Austins Estate. All that is left now are the pools which lay in the grounds of the house and are now situated in the middle of the estate. It was in one of these pools that the family suffered a tragic drowning as commemorated on the family tombstone at Key Hill Cemetery. More on The Austins and the Hasluck family can be found elsewhere on the site.
