George Warren Blackham was a watercolourist who painted views of late nineteenth century Birmingham. Member Royal Birmingham Society of Artists, exhibited 41 paintings between 1870 and 1900 Subjects included Birmingham Street Scenes, Landscapes, rural scenes and general subjects. He figured in the local directory in 1876.
