Description:Vanley Burke has been living and working in Birmingham since 1965. He started photographing the community around him in 1967 and has continued to the present day. He has exhibited his work extensively throughout the UK, and his material has been used in television, on record sleeves and book jackets. These galleries represent a small number of Vanley's images of life in Handsworth.
