Description:Last page of indenture between 1. Arthur Entwisleof Wolhayes [Woolhays Christchurch, Hants.], formerly of 8, Cork Street, Bond Street, London, barrister at law, and the Rev. Studholme Wilson of Millbrook Rectory, Hants., clerk, 2. the Rev. Edward Pyddoke of Cheltenham, co. Glouc., clerk, 3. Henry Whately Pyddoke of New College, Oxford, esq., and 4. The Sandwell Park Colliery Company, Limited, being an appointment of messuages, lands and appurtenances known as Austins and the Hermitage in the parish of Handsworth, to the use of the said Company. Consideration: £12,250.
