Description:Grant from William, son of William Cocus of Honesworthe [Handsworth], to Roger Faber of the same place, of a plot of land with appurtenances, a fishpond, a parcel called le Polyard within the said land, and a lane, in the fee of Honesworthe. Rent: a silver penny. Dated at Honesworthe, Thursday the Feast of St. Hilary, 5 Edw. II.
