Description:Attested copy of feoffment from Thomas Grove of Honnesworth [Handsworth] yeoman, and Henry Grove, his son, to Henry Atwood of Pury barre [Perry Barr] and William Scott of the same, yeoman, of a messuage with appurtenances in Honnesworth [Handsworth] and lands in the parish of Honnesworth, with appointment of Edward Newman, gent., and Richard Turbervile, yeoman, as attornies to deliver possession. Consideration: £450.
