Description:This was open land at the corner of Thornhill Road and Soho Road where St Michaels School used to be. We used to know it as "pigeon park", people would throw food down for the pigeons to eat, on a daily basis. And the pigeons use to gather and eat here in abundance. I was so glad to see the area boarded up and work beginning on a new modern building. The land was purchased to build new offices. Community Roots is now built on the site.
