Description:Originally a corrugated iron church called "the tin tabernacle" stood on the site in Rookery Road. The present church was built to these plans in 1914 under the direction of Rev. Harvey Rowe. These plans are dated 17th October 1912. The architects were Harper and son of Nottingham.
