Description:"Handsworth based photographer Claudette Holmes has exhibited nationally and internationally and has created some stunning photo-montages. She extensively photographed music and dance performers in Birmingham. In 1982, she exhibited in 'Closing The Gap' at University of Aston and Herbert Art Gallery, Coventry. In 1990 'Womaness' her first major exhibition with Roshini Kempadoo, was shown at Wolverhampton Art Gallery." Pogus Caesar, February 2003
