Date:1868

Description:Sculpted by Alexander Munro and unveiled in 1868. The original design for the statue was by J H Chamberlain. It originally stood in Ratcliff Place (by Paradise Street) but now stands in Chamberlain Square outside the Central Library in Birmingham.
