Description:"Rustie Lee achieved national recognition as the chef with the infectious laugh on TV AM. She has owned a Caribbean takeaway and restaurant in Handsworth. Rustie also opened a restaurant in Hurst St, Birmingham city centre, and on the holiday island of Tenerife. In recent years Rustie Lee's career has diversified into radio presenting and acting, winning rave reviews for her role in the musical 'Smokey Joe's Cafe'." Pogus Caesar, February 2003.
