Description:Presented by Austin B Lines in 1888.It may formerly have had a fountain inside. It is octagonal in plan and made of iron. Slender fluted shafts of
an Early English Gothic type support scalloped arches that each carry a roundel with a shield flanked by tracery. Above and behind rises an openwork dome surmounted by a four handled urn. Two of the shields both bear an inscription, the remainder have on them a pelican.
